ONLINE PURCHASES
To make purchases through FUZION 3F, you must have the capacity to enter into contracts, have a billing address in Canada, and have your purchases shipped to Canadian provinces or territories.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation indicating the date of receipt, availability, and price of each ordered item. On occasion, we may need to cancel an order placed on catsports.com if, for example, the items ordered cannot be shipped due to unforeseen circumstances.

However, all risks and obligations related to the possession and delivery of the goods will be assumed by the buyer upon delivery, and the buyer will be responsible for any losses or damages to the goods.

REPLACEMENT OR EXCHANGE
One-year warranty on manufacturing defects subject to the following conditions: Following proper and non-abusive use of the item in question, FUZION 3F will replace defective parts or credit or exchange the item in question, at no cost to the buyer. At all times, only FUZION 3F is authorized to issue a credit note for the said item. Normal wear and tear, abusive or non-compliant use are not covered under this clause.

CLAIMS
The buyer has a period of fifteen (15) clear days from the date of receipt of the goods to request a partial or total credit for the order. However, the cost of shipping the merchandise to our warehouse will be charged to the buyer. A 15% restocking fee on the total amount of returned goods will be charged to the buyer. Any claim for a return must be accompanied by an authorization code issued by FUZION 3F. This number must be clearly indicated on all returned packages.

The receipt of an incomplete or damaged order must be immediately reported on the carrier's manifest; please inspect your order carefully when you receive it.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The buyer may not claim against FUZION 3F, and the latter will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, incidents, or otherwise, of any nature whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any loss of profit, manufacturing, customer operation, or other, nor any additional costs for advertising, operation, or otherwise. Any claim by the buyer regarding the goods sold will be limited to the credit of the purchase price paid for the goods.

CONTRACT BINDING PARTIES
The buyer agrees to accept delivery of the quantity of goods ordered on the delivery dates displayed in the order confirmation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, FUZION 3F will have a reasonable period to deliver the goods in the event that it is not possible, for any reason whatsoever, to meet the agreed delivery dates.

PAYMENT
For purchases of products, a 2% fee will apply to your account if your invoices are paid within 15 days, and net if paid before the 30th of the month (This term excludes all equipment and special orders). Credit fees of 2% per month/24% per year will be payable for any invoice that is not paid in full or in part on the due date. These credit fees will be calculated and compounded monthly from the date of the invoice due until the date of its full payment.

INTERPRETATION
In the event of any inconsistency between the conditions stated on any purchase order from the buyer and those contained herein, the conditions of the present document will prevail, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by FUZION 3F.

CHANGE OF PAYMENT TERMS
FUZION 3F may, at its sole discretion and at any time, modify the credit terms offered to the buyer and may demand cash payment for the goods listed on the order confirmation before their shipment. If FUZION 3F believes in good faith that the buyer will not be able to make any expected payment or that the buyer's ability to do so is compromised, FUZION 3F may limit or cancel the buyer's order(s). These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders with identical billing and/or shipping addresses. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for payment for all delivered goods.

SHIPPING
Transportation fees are included for any order of $250 or more (at the regular price - CATALOGUE price list, before applicable taxes). Order pairing is accepted.

Additional transportation fees will be charged in the following cases:

If your order is less than $250 before taxes, a $30 fee will be charged.
If the shipping cost exceeds 15% of the value of the order before taxes, additional fees will be charged.
If your items are subject to carrier weight or length surcharges, additional fees will be charged.
For customers benefiting from negotiated price lists or volume discounts, shipping fees vary depending on the weight, volume of items, and postal code of shipment. The amount of shipping fees will appear on the order confirmation and invoice.
FUZION 3F assumes no responsibility for any part or any damage arising from a delivery delay or the inability to make a delivery due to all causes beyond our control or reasonably independent of our will.

If requested when placing the order, the buyer can pick up their order at the warehouse without transportation fees, with 24 hours' notice. You must wait for our confirmation that your order is ready before coming to pick it up.
