Expansible Clip Pliers by Equalizer. The purpose of two-piece expansible clips is to be reusable. This means that the clip is designed to be disassembled and reassembled multiple times without any damage. Unfortunately, this is not always the case, far from it! Our expansible clip pliers have a small pointed screw that is screwed into the plastic clip to remove it.
